Description:

Similar to the nominate species but smaller (L 80-95µm W 16-17, 8-9 striae in 10µm) with more cuneately rounded ends.

Notes:

Similar to nominate species. Rare. Only found in two samples.unknown. Recently described taxon (Krammer 2000).Looks more stocky than the nominate species due to a different L/W ratio (4,7 5,9 (var. minor) vs 6,7-7,3 (nominate species)).
