Count Notes:
S. constricta much smaller than described on web. Approx 15 um length. Most UK diatoms were the same: rectangular, no visible striae, size range 10-15 um length. Possibly girdle view of Diadesmis or Pinnularia One UK diatom approx 8 um and round. Possibly Fistulifera sp.
